These terms cover the website and text messages only. Boarding, daycare, and training services are governed by the service agreements, policies, and vaccination requirements you receive when you book.
Using the site. You may browse our site and use our contact form for their intended purpose. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, misuse our forms, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content. The text, photos, video, and logos on this site belong to Kim's K-9 (or are used with permission). Please don't reuse them without our written permission.
Information is general. We keep the site accurate and current, but pricing, availability, schedules, and program details can change. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific training outcome, and nothing here is veterinary advice. For anything medical, talk to your veterinarian.
Booking and accounts. Reservations, pet records, vaccination documents, and payments are handled through our Gingr customer portal, not on this website. Use of that portal is subject to Gingr's own terms and privacy policy.
Links to other sites. We sometimes link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Program. Kim's K-9 sends text messages to our customers and to people who ask us to contact them. Messages include replies to your questions, appointment and reservation confirmations and reminders, updates about your dog, and follow-up on quotes you asked for.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website contact form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the services you book.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive more texts from us unless you opt in again.
