Behavioral consultation is a one-hour session designed to assist owners with choosing the most appropriate training program for their dogs.  This is a one-on-one consultation in which Kim will assess the dog’s temperament, behavior, response to commands and interaction with others.  Upon completion of the consultation, Kim will work with you to determine which program will best suit their needs.

Behavioral consultation is also helpful if you are experiencing behavior or temperament problems with your dog that may not be covered in an obedience setting; for example, adult housebreaking, excessive aggression and worrisome attitudes.  Often, a one-time consultation is sufficient to troubleshoot the issue and get the ball rolling toward better behaviors.  If it is determined that more training is necessary to correct the problem, Kim will work with you to develop a custom program.

The cost of a behavioral consultation is $75.  If you decide to enroll your dog in a formal training program, you will receive a $35 credit.
