Kim’s K-9 has been family-owned and West Michigan-based since 1987. We serve the greater Grand Rapids area with high-quality, personalized dog training and boarding designed to suit your furry family member’s unique needs. Whether your dog needs training, a chance to expend some energy, or a place to stay while you’re on vacation, they will receive shaping and love from the staff at Kim’s from the moment they walk through our doors. Our staff is professionally trained, our facility is well-maintained, and we ensure that all of the dogs in our care are up-to-date on vaccines to keep everyone safe.

At Kim’s K-9, we like to say that a tired dog is a good dog. When your pup comes home from Kim’s, whether they’ve had a day of playing or a few days—they'll be tired, enriched, and happy. Dogs in our care receive a balance of play time and rest time. We pride ourselves on keeping the facility clean and safe, including setting and maintaining vaccine requirements so you can feel confident dropping off your furry family member.
